Our top priority is to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our products.
Any items which are lost, stolen, damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately by sending an email at Ghandbag@hotmail.com and please remember to include your name, address. Our services are to tell you how to do.
Mind you that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of colors and details.

If you are not quite satisfied with the order and need to be refunded,
please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded,
but the value of the item(s) in the order.
All items must be returned back to us in their original condition as they were sent out to you.

We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged,
scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway.
It will be your responsibility to return items in the appropriate way, and secure packaging,
or we will not accept any losses or damages which may occur in transit.
Please allow the transfer of the refund to your account for 1-2 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
